New WTF Pizza: Ode to Pistachio


This March, The Pizza Project invites you to embrace the nutty nuances of pistachio with its latest gastronomic creation – ‘Ode to Pistachio’. Available from 8-17 March at both Central and Wanchai venues, this limited-time offering features two distinct pizzas, one sweet and one savoury, that celebrate the iconic green nut in all its glory. Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity to indulge in an elevated pizza experience where the humble pistachio takes centre stage.

For the savoury option, try the ‘Ode to Pistachio’ HKD160, a mouthwatering combination of rich chunky pistachio spread, mortadella mousse and chips, and creamy stracciatella and fior di latte cheeses.

For the sweet option, treat yourself to the ‘Cremino’, a dessert pizza that’s poised to redefine sweet indulgence. Priced at HKD120 or to pair with a set menu, this decadent creation blends thick pistachio creme with nutella and white chocolate fondant on a piping hot baked pizza.

Honey Char Siu Pizza is Here

Available in July, in collaboration with WOWCharsiu

Combining a quintessential Cantonese favourite with Italian comfort food, The Pizza Project embarks on a deliciously daring adventure with Wow CharSiu, the local trendy barbecue pork restaurant, to create a mouthwatering new special: Honey Char Siu Pizza. This delectable creation will be served at both Peel Street and Star Street locations throughout the month of July, from July 1st to July 31st.

The Honey Char Siu Pizza HKD160 is a true flavour explosion. This sensational pizza features a smoked mozzarella base, generously topped with honey-roasted char siu pork from Wow CharSiu. Complementing the pork is a perfectly cooked crispy fried duck egg, boasting a lusciously bright orange runny yolk that adds sinful indulgence to every bite. To further enhance the succulent pork, the pizza is finished with a drizzle of Wow CharSiu’s signature honey glaze sauce, imparting a traditional touch of sweetness.

For those seeking an extra kick of flavour, a side of Wow CharSiu’s homemade spicy chilli sauce, infused with a tantalising tangy spice, is available to elevate the taste even further. New WTF Pizza! – Chicken Enchilada

The Pizza Project teams up with ‘Taco King’ Chef Esdras Ochoa for taco-inspired pizza, only available from 21-31 October

The Pizza Project WTF Special is all about revolutionizing ingredient pairings and the way people enjoy pizza. This time, Executive Chef Davide Borin steps up further and teams up with Executive Chef of 11 Westside, Chef Esdras Ochoa aka the ‘Taco King’ who also made an appearance in Netflix’s Final Table. Together, they exchange recipes, combine two classic family favourites, pizza and taco, and serve the October WTF Pizza Special – Chicken Enchilada Pizza, available only from 21-31 October.

Everything you love about enchilada, on a pizza! The Chicken Enchilada Pizza HKD160 is colourful and bursting with fantastically bold Mexican and Italian flavours, features freshly made 11 Westside enchilada sauce on The Pizza Project’s pillowy handmade soft dough, layered with marinated hand shredded chicken thigh, topped evenly with mozzarella cheese, Esdras’ pickled onions, cotija, sliced avocado, coriander, sour cream and fried corn tortillas, and a final squeeze of fresh lime juice for added freshness.

The Chicken Enchilada Pizza is available all-day with the brunch menu or tasting menu for dinner, from 21-31 October, at both Peel Street and Star Street Precinct Pizza Project venues.

East Meets West At The Pizza Project

Introducing new WTF Pizza Special with fresh local produce from Lohas Organic Farm, available only from 29 July – 7 August

Leave it to The Pizza Project to source the freshest local produce! Teaming up with Lohas Organic Farm, a subsidiary enterprise of Gingko House which supports Hong Kong’s organic agricultural market and promotes ‘spiritual richness’, The Pizza Project is proud to launch their latest WTF Pizza Special – Fuyu TungChoy Pizza. Available from 29 Jul- 7 August, the limited time pizza continues The Pizza Project’s tradition of taking the humble handmade pizza into bold new directions with creative and delicious ingredient pairings.

Using fresh water spinach from Lohas Organic Farm, Executive Chef Davide Borin took a creative approach in pairing traditional Cantonese and Italian flavours together on a pizza. Fuyu TungChoy Pizza HKD160 features organic produce direct from the farm, creamy textured fermented beancurd, chilli, Italian sausage and confit garlic on a fior di latte base and pillowy soft dough. It’s a must try for adventurous pizza gourmands looking for never-before-seen concoctions to experience, and of course, it’s a treat for all Fuyu TungChoy lovers as well.

The Fuyu TungChoy Pizza is available all-day with the brunch menu or tasting menu for dinner, from 29 July – 7 August, at both Peel Street and Star Street Precinct Pizza Project venues.

In addition to the limited WTF Special, The Pizza Project is also adding the refreshing bubbly Perilla Lemonade HKD65 alongside the WTF Pizza Special. Mixed with Lohas Organic perilla leaves infused syrup, fresh lemon juice and soda, this limited time tipple is truly the best way to beat the Hong Kong summer heat.
