The Pizza Project launches the “Sichuan Collection” for Chinese New Year
February is here, and The Pizza Project is celebrating Chinese New Year the Italian way—by turning up the heat with spices as vibrant as lai see. Introducing our second limited menu of the year and our first CNY-inspired drop: the Sichuan Collection.
Expect crisp crusts, melty cheese, and bold Chinese bistro flavours—mala, Sichuan pepper, and garlicky chilli heat—served all day, à la carte or in bundle sets.

Mapo Pizza (HKD130)
Inspired by Sichuan’s iconic Mapo Tofu: savoury pork mince and creamy fior di latte on bold mapo sauce, finished with garlic, dried chilli, and Sichuan pepper for a fiery, tingly kick.

Chinese Diavola (HKD130)
Spianata “spicy salami” meets XO sauce, chilli garlic, and Sichuan pepper—smoky, savoury, and addictively málà.

Sichuan Ice Cream (HKD80)
Fior di latte infused with Sichuan herbs and pepper, topped with crunchy peperone crusco and a drizzle of cherry tomato jam—sweet, surprising, and perfectly balanced.
