Silky Italian beef tongue, fior di latte, tomato sunrise, and a bold salsa verde hit. Green, mean, and dangerously moreish.

Pizza alla Trippa (Tripe Pizza) — HKD 138
Fior di latte, zingy tomato sauce, tender Italian tripe, pecorino, parsley. Comfort food, but make it pizza.
