
The Pizza Project Steps Into the Ring with Two Knockout July Specials!
This July, The Pizza Project is serving up a flavour showdown worth taking sides for. Enter the ring with two limited-edition beef-loaded contenders: the Pastrami Beef Pizza and the Beef Tartare Pizza.

First up, the Pastrami Beef Pizza brings New York deli comfort to the crust, layered with rich demi-glace, creamy fior di latte, 24-hour slow-roasted beef pastrami, tangy pickles, mustard mayonnaise and a crack of black pepper.

Facing off against it is the bold Beef Tartare Pizza, a hot-and-cold masterpiece topped with hand-cut beef tartare, shallots, capers, pickles, olive oil, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and grated Parmesan over a warm cream cheese and fior di latte base.
